TUROK: Reunions -
A screenshot of the Lurker environment I designed and scripted the initial game play for. I wanted to start the player in an open setting allowing him to easily see the Lurkers clinging to the trees and rocks. This is the first "Dinosaur" the player encounters that does not only attack from the ground.

As the player progresses through his first encounters with the Lurker, having been given notice he needs to seek the enemy both up and down, I wanted to shorten the LoS for the player a little. Working with the Art team the foliage became thicker and the walls started to close in adding suspense to the player's ability to spot the enemy in quick time to fend off an attack.
